IMOJE Dawson Family Farms
Quality Beef for Your Family
Local Beef from Dawson Family Farms
Why Choose Our Dexter Beef?
Dexter Beef is naturally more tender than other beef, containing more Omega-3 fatty acids. DNA Testing labs have identified genetics for tenderness and marbling, and ribeye size. IMOJE Dawson Family Farms prioritizes raising our Dexters as naturally and humanely as we possibly can. All cattle is free of antibiotics for a minimum of 6 months prior to processing.
Half & Whole Options
USDA processing available for an additional fee.
Half and Whole Beef (cow share) options take about 18 months for growth and finishing, plus an additional two weeks for meat processing. A list of cuts will be sent to the customer after the processing date has been set.
Starting at $2000
Our Half Beef option comes with approximately 150 pounds of meat. Our Whole Beef option comes with approximately 300 pounds of meat.
Due to the volatile beef market and current economic conditions, please call for current pricing. Input costs involved in responsibly raising and producing quality beef — including grass seed, fertilizer, feed, veterinary care, equipment, and more — all directly influence our pricing, and we want to ensure what we quote you is always accurate and fair. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to speaking with you about our quality Dexter beef!
